Directions to Deerleap from M3

Heading south on the M3, follow the M27 west.

Continue along M27 west until the end of the motorway and you’ll be heading along the A31, following Ringwood/Dorchester signs

By pass Ringwood and follow Dorchester signs

On reaching Wimborne Minster, the road becomes single carriageway. By pass Wimborne Minster following Dorchester signs, A31.

Keep following Dorchester signs. Approx 10 miles after Wimborne the A31 goes right to Dorchester, at this roundabout, take the 1st exit, signed Poole.

At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit, signed Wool, Monkey World, Bovington.

Follow this road for approx 5 miles. You will pass Monkey World on your left.

After Monkey World, take 1st right into Bovington Lane (signed Tank Museum).

Take next 1st right into Cologne Road.

Once in Cologne Road stop! Lytchett Lane is a small turning at the 2nd lamp post on the right in Cologne Road. Deerleap is the only property on the left.
